Aging Services
Encompassing all of Cascade County, the primary focus of Aging Services are provided to those 60 years of age and older and include Home Delivered Meals (Meals on Wheels), Transportation, Homemaker Services (light housekeeping) and Respite Care as well as Congregate Meals and Activities provided through area senior centers.

City-County Health Department
The Cascade City-County Health Department plays an important role in helping county residents achieve and maintain health, safety, and self-sufficiency.

Clerk & Recorder's Office
The Clerk and Recorder records real estate and personal property documents, plats, surveys, birth, and death certificates; maintain county-wide accounting and financial reporting system, accounts payable, budgets, and fixed asset control; administers District Court Reimbursement and Missile Snow Removal programs; issues burn permits.

Clerk of Court's Office
The Clerk of Court provides the filing of civil lawsuits, probate and estate records, felony criminal actions, adoptions, youth and insanity records, marriage licenses and dissolution of records.

The Cascade County Board of Commissioners govern and guide the operations of Cascade County and oversee eleven departments and offices.

County Attorney's Office
The County Attorney's Office is responsible for the legal representation of the Cascade County Board of Commissioners and the legal interests and concerns of all other departments in the County.

Justice Court
Justice Court handles traffic offenses and misdemeanor criminal offenses issued by the Cascade County Sheriff's Office, Montana Highway Patrol, Department of Transportation, or Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks; as well as Orders of Protection, small claims up to $7,000, and civil claims up to $12,000.

The Cascade County Regional Youth Services Center is a 24-bed, long-term facility that provides a safe, secure environment for criminally charged youth, ages 10 to 18 years old.

The Cascade County Superintendent of Schools' Office provides services to homeschoolers, who are required to register every year; teachers, who are required to register when they accept a job in a Cascade County public school; and maintains the school census records for all the schools that were at one time operating in Cascade County.
