NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will consider a Zoning Change Application submitted by property owners Darrell A Swanson and Janice D Swanson to rezone the following described properties from the Suburban Residential (SR-1) District to the Light Industrial (I-1) District:

This proposed rezone is located in Section 16 and 21, Township 20 North, Range 03 East, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana, referenced as Tracts 3, 4, 8, 9 & 10 of Certificate of Survey 5142.

The materials are on file for public inspection at the office of the Cascade County Planning Department at 121 4th St. N., Suite 2H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401, and in the office of the Cascade County Clerk and Recorder at 121 4th St N, #1B-1, Great Falls, MT 59401.
