Floodplain Notices
NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATIONCASCADE COUNTY, MONTANA
The Cascade County Floodplain Administrator is in receipt of a Floodplain Permit Application (FP 2022-020) submitted by Tower Rock LLC, for removal of a 12’x40’ shed and a 9’x20’ shed within the Special Flood Hazard Area of the Missouri River. The project site is legally described as being located within Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 02 West, P.M.M., Cascade County, MT within Zone AE of FEMA’s designated floodplain as shown on FIRM Panel #30013C1115E.
Adjacent landowners and other interested parties have fifteen (15) days from the receipt, or the publishing of this notice, to submit comments concerning this proposal to the office of the Cascade County Floodplain Administrator located at 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401, or by email at planningcomments@cascadecountymt.gov.
