The Board will consider making a recommendation to the Board of Cascade County Commissioners for a zoning map amendment to rezone Parcel No. 2619975 from the Open Space District to Mixed Use District. NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATIONCASCADE COUNTY, MONTANAThe Cascade County Floodplain Administrator is in receipt of a Floodplain Permit Application (FP 2022-019) submitted by NorthWestern Energy. The applicant is proposing the installation of a temporary barge platform and upgrading spillway facilities on the Black Eagle Dam. The project site is located on North River Road, legally described as in Section 6, Township 20 North, Range 04 East, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana. The location is within FEMA’s designated floodplain Zone AE as shown on FIRM #30013C0345E.

The purpose of the Resolution of Intention is to change the zoning district classification from the Light Industrial (I-1) District to the Suburban Residential (SR-1) District on Parcel No. 2490500 for Lots 10, 11, 15, 16, & 17 of COS #14 located in Section 29, Township 20 North, Range 03 East, P.M.M., Cascade County, Montana.
