NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
For Cascade County Planning Board


NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Planning Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 9:00 am is canceled. The public hearing is rescheduled to accommodate a larger venue to be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 9:00 am at the Family Living Center at Montana ExpoPark located at 400 3rd Street NW, Great Falls, MT and via Zoom, an online platform. The Planning Board will meet to consider making a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to amend the zoning text of the Cascade County Zoning Regulations to reflect recent legislative changes concerning recreational marijuana land uses.

The materials are on file for public inspection at the office of the Cascade County Planning Department at 121 4th St. N., Suite 2H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401, and in the office of the Cascade County Clerk and Recorder at 121 4th St N, #1B-1, Great Falls, MT 59401. Any interested person may appear and speak for or against the proposed zoning changes. Written public comment may be submitted to the Cascade County Planning Department by mail, emailed to planningcomments@cascadecountymt.gov, or during the public hearing. Information for connecting via Zoom can be found on the calendar at www.cascadecountymt.gov. Individuals needing special accommodation to participate should contact the Planning Department at (406) 454-6905 prior to the meeting to allow adequate time for special arrangements.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING


NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 9:00 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Avenue North, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will consider the Erpelding Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application consisting of two residential lots, and a floodplain lot to be rezoned to the Open Space District in the Suburban Residential 1 Zoning District. The property is described as Parcel No. 2505500, having Geocode 02-3015-33-4-01-01-0000, being Parcel A of C.O.S. No. 4987 in Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 3 East, PMM, Cascade County, MT.
