REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
4.86 MILES OF SUN PRAIRIE ESTATES
Cascade County (County) is currently requesting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services relating to the design and construction of 4.86 miles of asphalt roads, located within Sun Prairie Estates, (Sun Prairie Road, Sun Loop Lane, Prairie Dog Lane, and River Front Lane). Services may include, but not limited to, preliminary design, community meetings, preparing bidding documents, construction administration, and any other services deemed necessary by the County to complete the project. Geotechnical investigations and analysis may be required, due to the current road conditions. Please direct all questions regarding the RFQ or Project to:

Sealed Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. February 26, 2024, at Cascade County Public Works, located at 279 Vaughn S. Frontage Rd., Great Falls, Montana at which time Proposals will be publicly opened and reviewed. No electronic submittals will be accepted. All Proposals must be submitted in printed form, have a cost estimate for the Professional Services, and remain valid for 60 days. Proposals received after the aforementioned time and date will not be considered. Once opened, recommendations regarding the Proposals will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for action in a future publicly noticed meeting.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities to evaluate the Proposals submitted, and to accept the Proposal which best serves the interest of Cascade County.
