In September of 1987 she met Dale John Moore at the Montana Bar in downtown Great Falls and they became engaged two weeks later. They are still happily married to date. Rina and Dale have three grown children who are all happily married and three beautiful grandchildren
Rina was elected as Cascade County’s Clerk & Recorder/Auditor/Surveyor in November of 2006 and was sworn into public office on January 2nd, 2007.
